1. Your email should include details such as your name, contact number, delivery address, preferred postage method, items' codes, colors and quantity.

2. No cancellation once order has been confirmed.

3. Payment will have to be made after your order has been confirmed. Currently, payment is only accepted via Maybank transfer. Account details and total amount (inclusive of postage charges) will be given upon confirmation of your order.

4. For Ready-Stock items, payment has to be made within 3 days after order confirmation has been given and goods will be sent out as soon as payment is received.

5. After making payment, kindly send us an email to inform us that payment has been made and goods will be sent out as soon as possible. Details should include total amount banked-in, date the transaction was made and transfer mode (ie: via ATM/CDM/Online Banking).

6. Please be informed that goods are examined before we send them out. However, in the event that goods received are default, please contact us immediately.

7. We are not responsible for any losses or damages caused during the shipping period.

8. Full refund will be given in the event of non-delivery of goods that are out of stock at time of delivery.

9. Goods sold/delivered are strictly not refundable.

10. Actual color and size may differ slightly from the pictures displayed.
